 Abstract:  Oghema Niagra (1865-1950) was an Osankee Algonquin Indian also known as Chief Thunderwater. He resided in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was involved in cultural affairs and in programs to rehabilitate paroled Indians and help them find jobs. The collection consists of letters, affidavits, agreements, photographs, and other printed items relating to Oghema Niagara and his activities.
